For the reasons outlined above and to weed out frivolous requests as well as to do better justice to the serious ones, we shall henceforth request a processing fee by credit card Amex or Visa of $ 50 which will be credit against trip purchase. This should not be done by email but merely by fax to Canada 1-6045019213 mentioning amount limit, name on card, date of validity and card number.
Please note that the above processing fee only applies if you require us to suggest a program and cost for a particular venue/ period.
If you know what you want, your online form should stipulate the same and questions on space availability, seasonality and such will not require and processing fee.
