IF YOUR SPIRIT LOVES THE DESERT WIND AND FAST HORSES, COME RIDE WITH US THIS NOVEMBER!

“The Horse Trek to The Pushkar Fair”.

Pushkar is renowned as an immense cultural and human extravaganza, a religious, cultural, cattle, camel and horse fair of gargantuan proportions. A desert fair conducted over many days
It attracts simple rural folk from all over Rajasthan India’s desert kingdom for a holy immersion in the lake of Pushkar on the night of the full moon.

On this journey we reach Pushkar over a week’s horseback riding through desert.

Each day we will ride about 30-35 kilometers on Marwari horses, with a professional English speaking guide on an extra horse.

We will ride for the first 5 days through the beautiful Aravali Mountains, passing lakes, rivers and remote tribal villages. On the way it is possible to visit the majestic Kumbhalgarh fort and the beautiful Ranakpur Jain temple. On the last 5 days we ride through (semi) desert areas to Pushkar. You will have plenty of time to visit the fair. A ride on the fair-ground (dunes) is included.
